Financial Advisor (Series 65/6/63 Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive financial guidance, including retirement planning, investment products, and insurance-based solutions
- Conduct financial needs analyses and recommend appropriate products and strategies
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships based on trust and transparency
- Cross-sell financial services to existing insurance clients for holistic financial planning
- Generate new business through effective networking, referrals, and prospecting techniques
- Perform regular policy reviews, account assessments, and financial planning discussions with clients
- Ensure compliance with all relevant FINRA and state insurance regulations
- Consistently meet or exceed defined production, sales, and revenue goals

- Active Series 65, 6, and/or 63 license required
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain
