Financial Advisor (Series 65, 6, 63 Licensed) - Summary
- Provide financial guidance in areas such as retirement planning, investment products, and insurance-based solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate strategies and products
- Drive new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Ensure compliance with all FINRA and state insurance regulations
- Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals
- Support clients through policy reviews, account servicing, and ongoing financial planning discussions
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert guidance on retirement planning, investment strategies, and insurance-based financial solutions
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to recommend tailored products and strategies
- Cross-sell financial and insurance services to existing clients
- Actively generate new business through prospecting, networking events, and client referrals
- Perform periodic policy and account reviews to ensure clients’ needs are met
- Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and state insurance guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Series 65, 6, and/or 63 license required
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain
- Experience in financial services, investment sales, insurance sales, or wealth management preferred
- Demonstrated consultative sales and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of retirement planning, annuities, mutual funds, or related financial products is beneficial
