The path to becoming a Financial Advisor (CFP) begins with our Career Development Program (CDP), which includes a Pre-Contract Affiliate phase. During this phase, you will study for and obtain required FINRA and resident state licenses, with exam fees and study materials covered by the company. Upon successful completion, you may receive an offer to join as a Contract Associate, with compensation in accordance with applicable wage standards. Advancement to the Financial Professional Associate (FPA) role offers commission- and bonus-based earnings, aligning your success with your clients' achievements.

Qualifications & Requirements
