Key Responsibilities Qualifications Career Development and Training

Prudential Advisors provides a structured framework to support your journey toward becoming a licensed Financial Advisor. Through our Career Development Program (CDP), you will receive comprehensive training, access to study materials, and coverage of fees for required FINRA and state licensing exams. You will progress through the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, followed by potential advancement to a part-time CDP Contract Associate role and ultimately to a full-time Financial Professional Associate (FPA) position, where compensation is based on commissions and bonuses. Eligible FPAs may also access a variety of benefits, including 401(k) plans, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, as well as paid leave, all subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
