Your journey begins with the Pre-Contract Career Development Program (CDP) Affiliate phase, which involves studying for required FINRA and state licenses. Prudential Advisors covers the costs of fees and exam study materials from approved vendors. Upon successful completion, you may transition to a part-time CDP Contract Associate position and, subsequently, to a full-time Financial Professional Associate role, where compensation is commission and bonus-based, with significant earning potential.

- Initial compensation during the CDP Contract Associate phase

- Average first-year compensation ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 in commissions and bonuses

- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree or equivalent work/life experience preferred
