Key Responsibilities
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about various insurance and financial products.
- Collaborate closely with agents to set and achieve marketing goals, contributing to the success and growth of the agency.
- Work with provided leads, conduct appointments, assess client needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Provide clients with financial planning and investment advice, leveraging your knowledge and, if applicable, FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses. Support is available for candidates who need to obtain these licenses.
- Conduct comprehensive financial reviews for clients and recommend suitable financial and insurance products tailored to their specific requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to obtain relevant industry licenses as required for the role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality client service.
- Previous experience in meeting sales targets or quotas is preferred, demonstrating a results-driven approach.
- FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses are preferred but not required at the time of application.
