- Offer a broad range of financial products and services, including investment solutions, insurance options, retirement planning, and estate planning guidance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through ongoing communication, regular reviews, and exceptional client service.
- Utilize a values-based, consultative sales approach, primarily marketing by introduction and referral to grow your client base.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced financial professionals and access technical sales support from industry leaders within the organization.
- Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop your expertise in financial services, sales strategies, and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with a dedicated marketing staff that manages back-office operations, allowing you to focus more on client engagement and business development.
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, marketing, finance, accounting, economics, law, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
