Finance Director - Summary
- Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for the Physician Services division.
- Oversee operational finance functions and ensure effective financial management across all levels.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide decision-making and ensure profitability.
- Maintain strong client relationships by serving as the primary financial liaison between physician clients and corporate accounting teams.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee accounting and financial reporting for the Physician Services division, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including profit and loss (P&L) statements, variance analyses, and key performance metrics.
- Direct the month-end close process, account reconciliations, physician invoicing, and revenue reconciliation through accounts receivable management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budgeting and forecasting procedures, monitoring profitability and financial performance across the division.
- Act as the primary point of contact for financial matters between physician practice clients and the broader corporate accounting team.
- Implement and uphold internal controls to safeguard financial integrity and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team members, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Five to ten years of progressive experience in corporate finance, accounting, public accounting, or related financial leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in developing and maintaining financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Strong financial analysis, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience overseeing month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
