FileNet Developer Lead (ECM, IBM FileNet P8) - Summary- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of ECM solutions using IBM FileNet P8.
- Drive technical integration and workflow automation within a hybrid infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and troubleshooting support to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and optimize ECM performance.
- Lead the development and implementation of ECM solutions utilizing IBM FileNet P8 and associated platforms.
- Build and maintain Java-based integrations with ECM APIs to insert, retrieve, update, and manage enterprise content and metadata.
- Oversee and optimize workflow and business process automation, including document classes, workflow maps, queues, and subscriptions.
- Supervise data ingestion and migration efforts from multiple sources into ECM repositories.
- Provide proactive technical leadership through troubleshooting, environment support, and mentoring of other team members.
- Coordinate with business units and project stakeholders to ensure ECM solutions align with operational needs and organizational goals.
- Monitor and resolve production issues, analyze logs and traces, and ensure high availability and performance of ECM systems.

- Proven hands-on experience designing, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing IBM FileNet P8 solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in Java development, including experience integrating with FileNet APIs and willingness to learn additional ECM APIs as required.
- In-depth knowledge of FileNet P8 components such as Content Platform Engine, Process Engine, Content Navigator, and workflow development.
- Familiarity with relational databases and enterprise application environments, including technologies like WebSphere, SQL Server, DB2, or Oracle.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve technical issues, interpret logs and traces, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experienced leader with a strong background in IBM FileNet P8-based ECM systems and Java integration.
- Technically adept at troubleshooting, solution design, and workflow optimization in large, hybrid environments.
- Skilled mentor and collaborator, able to guide team members and partner effectively with cross-functional groups.
