Field Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Install and support a wide range of technology systems, such as voice, data, fire alarm, fiber, and security solutions
- Perform moves, adds, changes, service, rollouts, and special projects in accordance with industry standards
- Develop expertise in at least two focus areas: Voice, Data, Fire Alarm, Fiber, Burglar Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Digital Signage, Access Points, Networking
- Receive direction and learn best practices from senior technicians while working on job sites
- Handle administrative job requirements efficiently, including completing paperwork and maintaining documentation
- Maintain company-assigned vehicle and tools to ensure readiness for field assignments

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience as a basic installer or equivalent technical field experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of network cable certification and CCTV systems
- Familiarity with LAN and telephone systems, including installation and quality standards, is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word
- Willingness to travel for business needs, including extended project assignments
