Field Supervisor - Summary
- Full-time employment with a focus on field supervision, building systems assessment, and data collection.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and collect data regarding building components and systems installed at various sites.
- Utilize tablets, laptops, and smartphones to accurately enter and manage building data.
- Assess the overall condition and remaining service life of building system components using construction knowledge and field assessments.
- Apply direction and guidance on determining Remaining Service Life (RSL) values as specified by leadership.
- Collaborate with other trade surveyors to gather measurements, quantities, and related information as needed.
- Conduct and support ad hoc surveys of district sites and buildings as required.
- May supervise and provide resources for staff or survey participants involved in data collection and site assessments.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of full-time professional experience in on-site construction management or facilities supervision
- Experience working collaboratively with campus administrators, faculty, and staff
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from an accredited institution, or at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree (with four years of experience substitutable for the degree on a year-for-year basis)
