Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide on-site service, maintenance, and emergency repairs for compressed air systems, including compressors and dryers (desiccant & refrigerated)
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on system components
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical systems, PLC controls, and mechanical components
- Document service activities accurately and maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients
- Manage company-supplied tools, equipment, and vehicles responsibly
- Identify new service opportunities and assist in parts and accessory sales
- Uphold high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service at every job site

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or industrial equipment support
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including working with 3-phase power and PLC controls
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair compressed air systems and related components
- EPA refrigeration certification is a plus
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
- Excellent independent work ethic and problem-solving skills
