Field Service Technician - Summary- Service, diagnose, and repair industrial compressed air systems on-site for a variety of clients.
- Support industrial operations by ensuring reliable and efficient compressed air system performance.
- Act as a technical mentor and leader within the field service team.
- Independently service and repair compressed air systems, including air compressors, filtration systems, tanks, boosters, and dryers.
- Utilize schematics and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians during on-site service calls.
- Promote adherence to safety standards and best practices at all times.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and diagnostics performed.
- Represent ARC Group professionally with customers in industrial environments.
- Identify and recommend service packages and system upgrades as needed.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance roles.
- At least 3 years of direct experience working with industrial compressed air systems.
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, three-phase power systems, contactors, and relays.
- Ability to interpret schematics and equipment diagrams accurately.
- EPA Section 608 certification is preferred but not required.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
- Strong verbal communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish is highly desirable.
