- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field service, maintenance, or repair of industrial machinery (industrial laundry equipment experience preferred).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, electrical circuits, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to perform effective equipment repairs.
- Experience working with leading brands such as Milnor, Chicago Dryer, or Kannegiesser Etech is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and training skills for supporting operators and maintenance staff.
- Holds OSHA or other relevant safety certifications.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
