Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Family Medicine Summary- Full-time opportunity in a respected, independent family medicine practice
- Focus on delivering high-quality, comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population
- Work within an experienced and supportive clinical team
- Foster long-term relationships with patients and families
- Provide primary and preventive care to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adults, and seniors
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, health screenings, and wellness visits
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions in the outpatient setting
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens as appropriate
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
- Participate in light call as scheduled, ensuring continuity of care
- Document patient encounters and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and best practices
- Competitive base salary, with potential earnings up to $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications
