Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a highly respected outpatient practice. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and execute evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and optimize health results.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests as needed for appropriate management of patient health concerns.
- Educate patients and their families on preventive care, wellness strategies, and management of chronic conditions.
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to document patient encounters accurately and maintain up-to-date information.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the achievement of value-based care objectives.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices for outpatient family medicine.
Qualifications
- Current and valid licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- National certification as an FNP or PA-C required.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills in a family medicine setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to value-based, patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
- Dedication to maintaining the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
Practice Setting & Work Schedule
- 100% outpatient practice with no on-call requirements, allowing for work-life balance.
- Standard Monday through Friday schedule; no weekends required.
- Opportunities are available across various locations in North Carolina, including Wake County, Nash County, Randolph County, Guilford County, and Orange County.
