Qualifications & Requirements
- Current and unrestricted license as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a focus in Family Medicine
- National certification as an FNP through an approved certifying body
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
