As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic health conditions, and promoting preventive health measures. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care. The position offers a census of approximately 20 patients per day, allowing you to provide thorough, personalized care to each individual.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess an active New Mexico Nurse Practitioner license and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience in primary care or family practice settings is highly valued and will enable you to make an immediate impact within the team. This contract opportunity includes comprehensive support such as competitive compensation through a 1099 arrangement, covered lodging, mileage or rental reimbursement, and malpractice insurance. The assignment is for an initial period of 26 weeks, offering stability and the potential for extension based on performance and facility needs.
