Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adults and senior patients in an outpatient setting.
- Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and perform physical examinations.
- Diagnose acute and chronic health conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as appropriate.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care.

- Current and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state of Florida.
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a focus in Family Medicine or Primary Care.
- Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C) is required.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective patient interaction and collaboration with the care team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to diverse patient populations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, outpatient clinic environment.
- Competence with electronic medical records and standard healthcare technology.
