As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in our outpatient office, you will conduct comprehensive exams, diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, and develop individualized care plans for each patient. You will collaborate with experienced physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure that each patient receives the highest standard of care. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing a manageable patient volume, leveraging advanced electronic medical records systems, and providing bilingual care to a diverse patient population. Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Summary- Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) position in an outpatient office setting

- Conduct comprehensive patient exams and health assessments
- Diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans

- Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 12-15 patients
- Provide bilingual care (Spanish and English)

- Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
