Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FM/OB) - Summary- Deliver comprehensive family medical care, including prenatal, delivery, and postnatal services.
- Work within a respected healthcare facility dedicated to patient-centered care and community wellness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and continuity of care.

- Provide full-spectrum family medicine services, including outpatient care, preventive health screenings, chronic disease management, and acute care visits.
- Deliver obstetric care, including prenatal visits, labor and delivery management, and postpartum follow-up.

- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous enhancement of clinical protocols.

- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program with obstetrics training and experience.
- Current, unrestricted medical license or eligibility to obtain one in Arizona.
