Family Medicine Physician – Telemedicine, Remote, MD/DO Summary- Remote, part-time opportunity for board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physicians (MD/DO).
- Focus on hormonal health and metabolic wellness, including BHRT and GLP-1-based weight loss therapy.
- Utilize a robust, AI-driven telemedicine platform to serve patients efficiently and effectively.

- Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
- Conduct remote consultations, assessments, and follow-up visits focusing on BHRT and GLP-1-based weight loss therapy.
- Review patient histories, order and interpret laboratory tests, and create personalized treatment plans.
- Document patient interactions and medical records in accordance with company protocols and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients to educate, guide, and support their health goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telemedicine best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Compensation provided on a per-visit basis, offering the opportunity to supplement income while maintaining a flexible schedule.
- Work remotely from any location that meets HIPAA compliance standards.
- Elimination of commute and overhead costs, with access to modern telehealth technology.

- Active and unrestricted Connecticut medical license (MD or DO required).
- Valid DEA registration and Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).
