Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-time, permanent position at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
- Focus on traditional primary care services (no obstetrics required)

- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, excluding obstetric services
- Conduct routine examinations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
- Educate patients and families about preventive health measures and wellness strategies
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals within the FQHC
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical best practices
- Work a standard 40-45 hour week, balancing clinical and administrative responsibilities
