Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Join a reputable and established family medicine practice with deep community roots since 1965
- Work collaboratively with a team of 4 physicians and 6 APPs
- Deliver comprehensive healthcare to individuals of all ages and families
- Practice in a modern facility equipped with advanced technology
- Full-time position in a supportive, collegial environment
- Provide outpatient family medicine care for a diverse patient population
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Coordinate care with other physicians, specialists, and healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records using electronic health systems
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice meetings
- Share in call coverage on a 1:10 rotation (phone call only)
- See 25-28 patients per day, maintaining high standards of patient care

- Valid, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain)
