Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care services to diverse patient populations, including preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform routine physical exams, health screenings, and immunizations in accordance with current clinical guidelines.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, collaborating with patients and their families to ensure understanding and compliance with recommended treatments.
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and comply with all practice policies and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in patient education, health promotion, and disease prevention efforts.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues in providing excellent patient care.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice medicine.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and basic medical technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
