Position OverviewAs a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO), you will be responsible for delivering outpatient medical care to patients of all ages. Working within a collaborative team of experienced providers, you will utilize advanced diagnostic tools and practice evidence-based medicine to support the well-being of your patient panel. Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an outpatient-only setting
- Conduct routine physical exams, preventive screenings, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests including on-site lab work, digital X-ray, ultrasound, and EKG
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, specialists, and ancillary staff as needed
- Educate patients and families about wellness, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention
- Document all patient encounters accurately and promptly within the electronic medical record system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a collaborative team culture
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Current and unrestricted medical license to practice in North Carolina (or ability to obtain)
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-focused care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
