Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) - Summary
- Full-time, permanent position in an outpatient-only setting
- Practice hybrid model: primary care with urgent care services
- Position based in a supportive, physician-led independent care group
- Emphasis on value-based, quality healthcare delivery

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care and urgent care medical services to patients of all ages in an outpatient environment
- Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Provide preventive care, health education, and wellness counseling
- Participate in a light call schedule (1 week on, 8 weeks off) to support patient needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care
- Uphold and promote evidence-based medicine, adhering to clinical guidelines and protocols
- Emphasize value-based care while maintaining patient satisfaction and positive outcomes
- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain)

- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
