Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) – Full-Time

As a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO), your primary responsibility will be to deliver acute and primary care services tailored to the unique needs of a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary care team consisting of a Medical Assistant (MA) and a Registered Nurse (RN), fostering an environment of teamwork and mutual respect. The role focuses on building lasting patient relationships, dedicating more time to each patient to provide thorough, personalized care, and advocating for improved health outcomes for the community you serve. Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) – Summary- Full-time, primary care position focused on comprehensive, patient-centered family medicine
- Located in a newly established health center in partnership with a local school district
- Patient panel includes employees and their families across all age groups
- Collaborative work environment with support from MA and RN team members
- Emphasis on preventive healthcare, relationship-building, and patient education
- Provide acute and primary care services to patients of all ages
- Foster strong patient-provider relationships through longer visit times (annual: 60 minutes, follow-ups: 30 minutes)
- Focus on preventive medicine and chronic disease management
- Perform well-woman exams and prescribe birth control (preferred but not required)
- Utilize built-in administrative time to complete documentation and reduce non-clinical workload
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with MA and RN staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to established clinical protocols
- Competitive salary range: $240,000 – $275,000 annually (commensurate with experience and FTE status)
- 5 weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, or in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
- Experience with a variety of office-based procedures (preferred but not required)
- Comfort with women’s health exams and contraceptive management (preferred but not required)
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care, preventive medicine, and health promotion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about delivering comprehensive family medicine with an emphasis on relationship-centered care
