Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) position in a physician-led, multi-specialty clinic

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage acute and chronic conditions

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health records (EHR)
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based care standards
- Engage in patient education, preventive care, and health promotion activities
- Allocate 36 hours per week to direct patient care and 4 hours to administrative duties
