Family Medicine Physician Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join a respected, physician-led multi-specialty clinic with a long-standing reputation for providing high-quality primary and specialty care. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive environment, focusing on outpatient care. As part of a thriving team, the Family Medicine Physician will play an integral role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to a diverse patient population, contributing to the clinic’s mission of excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide complete outpatient medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records in compliance with clinic standards and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care for all patients.
- Engage in patient education, counseling, and preventative health management to encourage healthy lifestyle choices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices in family medicine.
- Dedicate approximately 36 hours per week to direct patient care, with an additional 4 hours allocated for administrative responsibilities.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice as a Family Medicine Physician.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
- Full-time, outpatient-only position with a flexible 4.5-day workweek.
