This Fabricator position requires a foundational understanding of production environments, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the glass industry, though this is not mandatory. You should be comfortable reading and understanding paperwork, labels, and basic mathematical measurements, including the effective use of a tape measure. The role demands the capability to work across all areas of production, either independently or as part of a team, and the flexibility to adapt to a non-climate-controlled environment.
Physical requirements are a significant aspect of the Fabricator job. The ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and up to 150 pounds as part of a two-person team is necessary.
