We are seeking skilled Exterior Finish Carpenters with experience in custom residential construction. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to perform high-quality exterior finish work safely and efficiently.

Compensation

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of exterior carpentry and residential construction experience
- Experience with exterior siding, trim, soffit, fascia, decking, waterproofing details, and exterior finishes
- Ability to read and interpret plans, elevations, and construction drawings
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools including Skilsaw, miter saw, routers, nail guns, and levels
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must provide a basic set of hand tools
- Ability to work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated surfaces
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Valid California Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and conduct; punctual and dependable
- Strong understanding of job site safety and OSHA compliance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Install exterior siding including wood, composite, and specialty exterior materials
- Install exterior trim, fascia, soffits, rake trim, window trim, and decorative exterior details
- Install exterior doors, weather barriers, flashing, and waterproofing components
- Read and follow plans, elevations, and finish details accurately
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials to precise specifications
- Perform layout and installation of exterior finish systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with Foremen, Superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project timelines
- Follow all company safety procedures and properly use tools and equipment
- Assist with punch-list items and exterior detail corrections as needed
- Work overtime when required to meet project deadlines
