As an Experience Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for both strategic planning and hands-on execution of experience marketing initiatives. You will work closely with colleagues across Marketing, IT, Digital, and Experience teams to ensure our campaigns and events deliver meaningful results. Your expertise in multi-channel marketing, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement will be essential in creating cohesive, impactful experiences that resonate with diverse audiences and reinforce our organizational objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective multi-channel experience marketing strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
- Partner with Marketing, IT, Digital, and Experience teams for cohesive campaign planning and delivery.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage key events to ensure smooth execution and memorable participant experiences.
- Track event performance and analyze data to provide insights for optimization and future strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, event staff, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing plans reinforce business objectives and strengthen brand positioning.
- Communicate clearly through written, verbal, and visual formats, including presentation preparation for diverse audiences.
- Develop leadership summaries and manage documentation as needed for various projects.
- Provide operational and marketing management support for a portfolio of events as the main point of contact.
- Ensure all marketing deliverables meet brand standards, support event goals, and are completed on schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, event management, or experiential engagement.
- Proven success managing large-scale events and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills and experience working within a matrixed organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including presentation creation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with marketing technologies.
- Ability to analyze event performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%).
