We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Expeditor to join our team. The Expeditor plays a critical role in coordinating, routing, and handling materials to ensure production schedules are met efficiently. As part of our dedicated supply chain team, you will be responsible for resolving parts shortages, maintaining accurate records of material flow, and supporting the seamless movement of materials both within and outside the organization. This is a great opportunity for those with a background in materials management, supply chain, or logistics who are highly organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

In this Expeditor role, your primary objective will be to expedite open orders to meet required delivery dates according to MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) and customer requests. You will interact frequently with peers, suppliers, buyers, and upper management to address and resolve material issues. Your ability to communicate clearly and escalate time-sensitive matters is essential for maintaining smooth operations and ensuring production targets are met.

As an Expeditor, you will regularly contact suppliers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings as needed. You will assist buyers in resolving material-related issues such as receiving discrepancies, accounts payable challenges, cycle count adjustments, shortage report items, MRP supply demands, price disputes, return material authorizations (RMAs), material review board (MRB) cases, return-to-vendor (RTV) transactions, and provide updates on open purchase orders (POs). Your attention to detail and ability to track multiple issues simultaneously will be key to your success in this role.

If you have experience in supply chain, materials management, and supplier relations—and are motivated by achieving objectives and working under defined metrics—this position will allow you to thrive. We value candidates who are self-motivated, possess strong problem-solving skills, and are comfortable using Excel at a medium to advanced level to manage data and generate reports. A background in quoting and experience working directly with suppliers will be highly regarded.

Our team is committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. By joining us as an Expeditor, you will contribute directly to the efficiency and reliability of our production processes. We offer opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization, making this an excellent step for those looking to build a rewarding career in materials management and supply chain operations.

Apply today by clicking the job application button and take the next step in your career as an Expeditor. Your expertise will help drive our success and ensure we continue to meet our customers' needs with excellence.
