IDR is seeking a Executive Support Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, TX. This role involves providing comprehensive support to the executive team, including managing advanced audio-visual systems, supporting video conferences, and ensuring seamless technology operations within a corporate environment focused on energy solutions.
Position Overview for the Executive Support Specialist:
- Serve as the primary End User support for the executive team at NRGs Houston headquarters
- Provide executive AV support for conference rooms, including management of Microsoft Teams Meeting technology and multimedia presentations
- Support hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of technology equipment, including live events and video conferences
- Coordinate resources for meetings, including town halls, earnings calls, and all-hands meetings
- Train executives and administrative staff on the use of various technology platforms and devices
Requirements for the Executive Support Specialist:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, CIS, or a related discipline from an accredited four-year college or university; candidates with a two-year degree or relevant work experience may also be considered
- 3+ years of experience providing IT desktop and video conferencing support in a large corporate environment, with at least 2 years of experience supporting executive teams
- Strong hands-on expertise supporting Windows PCs, macOS devices, iPhones, iPads, and other mobile/end-user devices in an enterprise setting
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and collaboration tools used by executive leadership
- Extensive experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Audio/Visual and video conferencing systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech, Polycom, and related AV equipment
