Executive Chef - Summary
- Lead the kitchen team and oversee all culinary operations.
- Drive menu development, quality assurance, and kitchen productivity.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all back-of-house (BOH) operations, including food preparation, plating, and service standards.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain skilled kitchen staff, fostering professional growth and high morale.
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring regulatory compliance at all times.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and cost controls to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop innovative, seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor and analyze kitchen performance metrics, implementing process improvements as necessary.
- Promote teamwork, communication, and a culture of excellence throughout the kitchen.
- Maintain equipment and kitchen facilities to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a senior culinary leadership role (Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Multi-unit Chef experience preferred).
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume kitchen operations.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire culinary teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Deep passion for food, creativity, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
