Executive Assistant - Summary
The Executive Assistant is responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative and operational support to executive leadership. The role includes calendar management, meeting coordination, documentation, and action tracking, all designed to enhance organizational efficiency and help achieve business goals. The Executive Assistant must balance multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate superior organizational skills. Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive schedules, organize meetings, and manage travel arrangements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, set up conference rooms, and handle all logistics for executive meetings and events.
- Attend meetings to document minutes, generate action items, and ensure follow-up on outstanding tasks.
- Work closely with executives and management to maintain and update corporate action item lists, assigning points of contact and tracking progress to completion.
- Gather and enter data related to financial metrics, program status, business leads, and other key performance indicators, ensuring information is accurately documented and accessible.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the executive office, managing communications and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the executive team and company objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or related field from an accredited institution required; equivalent experience may be considered for highly qualified candidates.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative, operations, or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with prior experience as a front-office or executive point of contact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, engineers, clients, and business professionals.
- Active Secret Clearance required for this position.
