Executive Assistant - Summary
- Serve as a primary administrative resource to high-level executives in finance and private equity sectors.
- Safeguard and manage confidential and sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and protect highly sensitive and confidential information, exercising complete discretion at all times.
- Oversee intricate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, managing invitations, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Arrange and coordinate detailed domestic and international travel plans, preparing comprehensive itineraries and managing expense reports.
- Draft, review, and respond to correspondence and communications on behalf of executives, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, representing the organization with poise and courtesy.
- Provide logistical support for executive team meetings, off-site events, and confidential projects.
- Support the implementation of special projects and initiatives as directed by executive leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of eight years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-level or senior executives.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex calendars and coordinating both domestic and international travel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
