Executive Assistant - Summary
As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as a key partner to executive leadership, streamlining operations and ensuring that high-level objectives are met efficiently. Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to two or three Vice Presidents, ensuring smooth daily operations within a large enterprise.
- Expertly manage complex calendars, coordinate and schedule meetings that span multiple time zones, and prioritize engagements of the highest organizational impact.
- Organize domestic and international travel, optimizing itineraries and ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Maintain, track, and organize essential documents, presentations, and records with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
- Support and coordinate strategic projects and initiatives, contributing to process optimization and operational excellence.
- Utilize advanced technologies, including Office 365, Concur, Zoom, and AI tools, to enhance productivity and communication.
- Demonstrate discretion and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in all aspects of executive support.
- Foster productive relationships and facilitate clear communication between executives, stakeholders, and teams across the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience providing executive administrative support to VP-level or higher leaders in large enterprise or technology-focused organizations.
- Proven capability to manage and prioritize tasks for multiple executives simultaneously, often across several time zones.
- Advanced technical proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Concur, Zoom, and familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster effective relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
