Executive Assistant - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate multiple executive calendars, ensuring optimal time management and scheduling for meetings, travel, and events
- Support executive decision-making by gathering information, preparing reports, and organizing critical documents
- Exercise impeccable judgment and discretion in handling confidential or sensitive information
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, representing the company with professionalism
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, adapting quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
- Facilitate communication across departments to support executive projects and organizational goals
- Provide logistical support for meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Assist in the coordination of executive travel arrangements and itineraries
- Proactively identify process improvements to increase efficiency in executive operations
- Maintain accurate records and files relating to executive activities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a corporate environment
- Expert-level skills in calendar management, including handling high-priority schedules and complex logistics
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Exceptional soft skills, including flexibility, adaptability, and effective communication
- Experience working in both remote and hybrid work environments
