Executive Assistant - Summary
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to high-level executives in the finance and private equity industries.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange both domestic and international travel.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of executives.
- Serve as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external contacts, representing the organization with courtesy and professionalism.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion at all times.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and manage logistics for domestic and international travel, including expense reports and reimbursements.
- Draft, edit, and respond to emails, letters, and internal communications on behalf of executives.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide support for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned by executive leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Extensive experience managing complex calendars and coordinating detailed travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
