Executive Assistant - Summary
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient daily operations and effective communication across departments.
- Leverage advanced knowledge of productivity software to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive review.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal as well as external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars for multiple high-level executives, including scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events across various time zones.
- Arrange and oversee detailed domestic and international travel plans, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Develop and prepare a wide range of executive-level documents, such as correspondence, meeting materials, presentations, and reports.
- Collaborate with various departments to organize and execute special projects, meetings, and company-wide initiatives.
- Respond to inquiries, requests, and assignments promptly and professionally, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and executive needs are anticipated.
- Support the executive team by researching and compiling information as needed for decision-making and project planning.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders, preferably within retail, merchandising, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex and high-volume calendars, including experience with international travel arrangements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel (including advanced functions), and Concur.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to balance competing priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
