Executive Assistant - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level administrative support to various executives, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
- Provide backup coverage for other assistants and familiarize yourself with their workloads and responsibilities to ensure seamless support
- Handle planning and logistics for both domestic and international travel, create detailed itineraries, agendas, and backup materials
- Prepare and process accurate expense reports in compliance with company policy
- Translate executive requests and requirements into actionable objectives and manage the process for successful completion
- Provide afternoon coverage at the reception desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff

Qualifications & Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in the financial industry highly desirable
- Exceptional written, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Concur Expense Solutions is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Critical thinker with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
