Excavation Sales Representative - Summary
- Full-time sales position specializing in excavation services within the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning sector
- Manage customer relationships from initial contact through project completion
- Work with both residential and commercial clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person consultations with homeowners and commercial clients to evaluate excavation needs
- Diagnose sewer line issues and provide detailed estimates for repair or replacement
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout all phases of the project
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with local inspectors and regulatory officials
- Utilize ServiceTitan or similar platforms to manage estimates and customer inquiries
- Schedule teams and deploy crews efficiently to meet client expectations
- Oversee daily field operations and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards
- Drive sales to achieve and exceed annual goals (e.g., maintain at least $1,200,000 in completed sales annually with minimum two crews)
- Set and monitor team performance goals to foster continuous improvement

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in excavation or related field/operations
- At least 1 year of proven project management experience
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to project scheduling and customer management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced field environment
- Capacity to work independently and proactively address client concerns
