Workday ERP Program Manager – SCM Summary
- Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle for Workday ERP implementations in the supply chain domain.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Partner with the ERP Program Director and other key stakeholders to set project goals, establish priorities, and monitor progress.
- Supervise project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration across functional areas.
- Oversee implementation of Workday solutions, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Facilitate hybrid work arrangements, adapting to onsite presence as business needs require.
- Document and report on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Promote best practices in project management and supply chain process optimization.

- 8-12 years of experience in ERP delivery, with a significant focus on supply chain management systems.
- Demonstrated success in leading at least two full-cycle Workday ERP implementations.
- Expertise in managing projects within complex, regulated environments.
- Strong leadership abilities and proven skills in cross-functional team management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to efficiently address project risks and dependencies.
