Workday ERP Program Manager – SCM Summary- Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle for Workday ERP implementations in the supply chain domain.
- Align project outcomes with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams throughout the contract duration.

- Supervise project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration across functional areas.
- Oversee implementation of Workday solutions, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Facilitate hybrid work arrangements, adapting to onsite presence as business needs require.
- Document and report on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

- 8-12 years of experience in ERP delivery, with a significant focus on supply chain management systems.
- Demonstrated success in leading at least two full-cycle Workday ERP implementations.
- Expertise in managing projects within complex, regulated environments.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
