ERP Project Manager (PMP, ERP, HCM) - Summary
- Drive the full lifecycle of ERP system implementations, with a primary focus on finance and HR/HCM modules.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Support and facilitate RFP processes, system evaluations, and demonstrations with prospective vendors.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, oversee business process redesign, and maintain meticulous project tracking.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead ERP transformation projects, focusing on consolidating HR and finance systems into a single, integrated solution.
- Oversee the RFP process, including vendor demonstrations, evaluations, and selection activities.
- Manage multiple project workstreams, beginning with financial modules and expanding into HR/HCM modules.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, document business requirements, design business processes, and create test cases.
- Coordinate concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement and maintain project management tools such as JIRA, Lucidchart, or similar platforms to ensure effectiveness and transparency.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and ensure thorough process documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of project or program management experience, specifically within large-scale IT projects from inception through successful delivery.
- At least 2 years of recent hands-on experience leading ERP transformation projects, with direct involvement in accounting/finance and HR/HCM modules.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management, process documentation, and detailed project tracking methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
- One or more relevant credentials, such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, PBA, or CBAP.
