The ERP Functional Consultant position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage deep expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with a particular focus on supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management modules. As an integral part of a dynamic technology team, the ERP Functional Consultant plays a crucial role in driving process improvements and ensuring the seamless operation of critical human resources workflows within the CAPPS Program. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with an extensive background in ERP functional consulting, especially those who have worked with Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), Candidate Gateway (CG), OnBoarding, and Enterprise Performance Management (ePM) modules.
As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will provide advanced consultative support for the CAPPS Program, overseeing the configuration and optimization of key HR modules. Your attention to detail and expertise in ERP system functionality will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and security of sensitive HR, applicant, and new-hire data. You will be responsible for ensuring all workflows, routing, notifications, and approval processes are accurately configured to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
This role requires a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in preparing executive-level presentations, supporting audits, interpreting and integrating contractual requirements, and managing complex integrations within ERP platforms. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in tools such as App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects to support their functional responsibilities.
