The ERP Functional Consultant position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage deep expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with a particular focus on supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management modules. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with an extensive background in ERP functional consulting, especially those who have worked with Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), Candidate Gateway (CG), OnBoarding, and Enterprise Performance Management (ePM) modules.
As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will provide advanced consultative support for the CAPPS Program, overseeing the configuration and optimization of key HR modules. Your attention to detail and expertise in ERP system functionality will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and security of sensitive HR, applicant, and new-hire data. You will be responsible for ensuring all workflows, routing, notifications, and approval processes are accurately configured to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
This role requires a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in preparing executive-level presentations, supporting audits, interpreting and integrating contractual requirements, and managing complex integrations within ERP platforms. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in tools such as App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects to support their functional responsibilities.

ERP Functional Consultant - Summary- Serve as a senior-level functional consultant, specializing in ERP systems and HR module configuration.
- Support the CAPPS Program by optimizing talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management workflows.
- Ensure security and access control for sensitive HR data across all relevant modules.
- Act as a subject matter expert for both technical and functional aspects of ERP HR modules.
- Lead the setup and configuration of Talent Acquisition Management/Candidate Gateway (TAM/CG), OnBoarding, and Enterprise Performance Management (ePM) modules.
- Administer security and access controls to safeguard HR-related data.
- Configure and maintain accurate workflows, notifications, approvals, and onboarding processes.
- Prepare and present executive-level presentations and reports to leadership.
- Gather, analyze, and present data for audits and open records requests.
- Interpret contractual language and ensure compliance with vendor agreements.
- Utilize technical tools such as App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects to support functional requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to professional development initiatives.

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in executive-level presentation preparation and delivery.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience managing data for audits and open records requests.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience interpreting and applying contractual requirements in daily workflows.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience with Talent Management modules such as TAM/CG, OnBoarding, and/or Performance Management.
- Proficiency in App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects.
- Proven track record as a senior ERP Functional Consultant with a focus on HR modules.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive data securely and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and supporting team members.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
