ERP Financial Systems Analyst - Summary
- Support and maintain core financial modules within a statewide ERP system, focusing on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Provide technical expertise in ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and resolution of financial system issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate system testing, user training, and change management processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, security standards, and best practices for system integrations.
- Contribute to performance reporting and release management initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain ERP Financials modules, including system upgrades and enhancements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for functional and technical support related to financial operations.
- Lead or assist with the resolution of complex system issues, including root cause analysis and solution implementation.
- Participate in batch job oversight and scheduling, utilizing tools such as Run My Jobs (RMJ).
- Ensure security compliance by applying NIST standards and best practices for multi-tenancy environments.
- Document configuration changes and maintain up-to-date system records.
- Support the integration of ERP modules with other business systems and external applications.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and develop user training materials to improve adoption and minimize errors.
- Generate and distribute routine and ad-hoc performance reports for financial operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Extensive experience with ERP financial modules, preferably in a public sector environment.
- Advanced technical proficiency with tools such as App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects.
- Demonstrated expertise in system configuration, batch job scheduling, and system integration.
- Thorough understanding of financial policies, security practices, and NIST standards for ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
