ERP Application Analyst - Summary
- Provide expert support and maintenance for the Lawson V10 ERP system and associated third-party applications.
- Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting, configuration, and process improvement within the ERP environment.
- Collaborate with business units and information services to develop and implement integrated solutions.
- Document processes and create training materials to foster user adoption and system understanding.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement and provide ongoing support for integrated ERP solutions managed by the Information Services department.
- Deliver advanced technical and functional assistance for Lawson V10 and related systems in an on-premises, DB2, Unix environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, conducting root-cause analysis to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into detailed system requirements, configurations, and enhancements.
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials for system users and IT staff.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute insights to drive effective ERP strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and best practices in ERP management.

- Proven hands-on experience with Lawson V10 ERP in an on-premises, DB2, Unix environment.

- Advanced troubleshooting and configuration skills in legacy ERP systems.
