- Develop, follow, and document preventive maintenance schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an equipment or maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
- Strong understanding of maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
