- Maintain comprehensive records of rental transactions, including equipment check-out and return dates, condition reports, and associated documentation.
- Coordinate the timely return of rented equipment, ensuring all items are accounted for and in proper working order upon return.
- Archive equipment rental records in an organized manner to ensure easy accessibility for future reference and audits.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members to coordinate logistics, address customer needs, and resolve any issues that arise during the rental process.
- Support inventory management by recording equipment maintenance needs and tracking equipment status throughout the rental cycle.
- Adapt to occasional schedule variations, including some evenings or weekends, in response to business demands and client timelines.
